A double-blind peer review process will evaluate all submissions to the conferences. Papers should not have been presented or published elsewhere prior to this conference and are restricted to three submissions by one author. The highly active publishers and leading researchers involved with iCMLDE network will ensure high quality of published papers in the proceedings.
