Registration fees include: conference materials, lunch, refreshments, admission to all sessions, and dinner (for full delegate registration). Additional ticket can be purchased and paid online at USD 50 per person.

1. International delegates and international students from countries with a per capita GDP of less than US$ 10,000 (World Bank, 2017) will receive a discount of $100 on the registration fee.
2. To use the student registration rate, the student needs to provide his/her supervisor's contact information in registration.
3. To use the student registration rate, the student needs to provide his/her supervisor's contact information in registration and also provide student number information. To receive the IEEE member discount, you must provide the current IEEE membership number to the secretary@gcstmr.com.au at the time of registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation/refund requests must be provided in writing and emailed to secretary@gcstmr.com.au by 24 October 2019. An administrative fee of USD 50 will be charged for each refund.
All requests for registration transfers must be provided in writing and email to secretary@gcstmr.com.au by 24 October 2019. The registration rate difference will apply depending on the category of the new registration. All transfer requests received after 24 October 2019 will be charged an additional admin fee of USD 50.
